Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Senior Global Events Manager to lead and scale the company’s flagship global events from conferences to executive summits. You will own multiple strategic programmes, partner with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end event delivery, and travel internationally as needed.

The role demands hands-on leadership, exceptional project management, and the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving crypto/fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional event management experience, preferably international conferences or large-scale events.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across global teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Experience working with external agencies, vendors and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Events Lead in delivering Binance's flagship events and strategic initiatives.
• Independently lead smaller global programmes and executive experiences from concept through execution.
• Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, timelines, venue management, logistics and post-event reporting.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects across regions while maintaining high execution quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Development, Security, Legal, Procurement and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coordinate with external agencies, venues and partners to deliver world-class experiences.
• Identify process improvements and scalable solutions to increase operational efficiency across events.
• Support global initiatives beyond primary portfolio as priorities evolve.
• Assist or lead the execution of webinars and virtual events as required.
