Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience or strong interest in financial products (Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options).
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for coordinating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems like matching engines, risk engines and derivative pricing models.
• Collaborate with trading engineering teams to translate trading needs into technical solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing feature launches.
• Monitor backend performance and preemptively fix issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and best practices.
