Job summary

Binance is seeking a Data Product Manager to own data-driven initiatives across our derivatives business on a 12-month remote contract. You will drive improvements to trader engagement, conversion, and product experience—from insight to shipped feature.

The role is full-time and fixed-term; you can be based anywhere in APAC time zones. You will analyze trading data, set success metrics, and partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver data-informed experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping data-driven products.
• Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence — comfortable working independently with large datasets.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives such as futures, TradFi etc.
• Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them into a prioritized feature roadmap.
• Design data-informed trading experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data and user feedback.
