Job summary

Ripple in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Product Operations Analyst to support growth and scaling of product offerings. You will work with Markets, Risk, Treasury and Legal to provide seamless 24x7 operations.

Key responsibilities include reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding and settlement, and developing processes and system configurations aligned with risk policies. You will grow through onboarding, automation, and cross-product expertise in crypto operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, clearing, and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Ability to monitor systems in real time to resolve exceptions.
• Understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, balance sheet).
• Willingness to work weekend/holiday shifts in a follow-the-sun model.
• Curiosity to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams, as well as external customers, to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin.
• Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity in close partnership with the Ripple Trading and Markets team.
• Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities within Ripple's systems of record.
• Become an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to detail existing processes.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated or streamlined, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
