Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub is seeking an experienced FX/MM Operations Specialist to provide end-to-end operational support across FX, Money Markets, NDF and Precious Metals. The role ensures timely processing from execution to settlement and post-settlement, while maintaining strong controls and managing settlement risks.

You will collaborate with Front Office, operations teams, correspondent banks and counterparties to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management across Singapore, Hong Kong, China,

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in Treasury Operations or similar roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FX, Money Markets, NDF, Precious Metals and CLS settlement processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, payment systems and settlement infrastructures is advantageous.
• Experience with reconciliation platforms and treasury processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support for FX, MM, NDF and PM transactions across multiple regional entities.
• Validate trade details against supporting documentation/SWIFTs and ensure accuracy of settlement instructions and counterparty information.
• Process settlements within cut-off timings while adhering to SOPs and internal controls.
• Perform CLS operational support including trade matching and settlement monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen controls through process improvements.
