Cryptocurrency Senior Operations Specialist

Job Description

They are seeking a Cryptocurrency Specialist in a support function that manages tasks ranging from

• trade validation and confirmation
• performing controls over their operations, validating client positions, building P&L models,
• analysing book performance,
• participating in projects, build dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analysis.

The Role Will Involve

• Building reporting tools
• Producing the daily P&L report, for both Defi & Cefi transactions, checking and explaining discrepancies
• Building analytics report about book performance

Job Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Middle office, Finance background
• Ability to code & perform automation/analytics work (preferably Python - able to do basic coding, collating data from an API, building dashboards etc)
• Good exposure to financial markets products, in particular high volume multi-asset derivatives trading

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in reporting languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
