Job summary

Binance is seeking a skilled investigator to lead internal investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations, collaborating with HR, Legal and Compliance to gather evidence and document findings.

The role also covers internal audit engagements across business units, assessing controls, identifying weaknesses, and reporting clear recommendations to senior management. Strong analytical abilities, discretion and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in internal investigations or auditing.
• Experience handling sensitive investigations with discretion.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in using investigation and audit software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal and Compliance to gather information and documentation.
• Apply forensic analysis to uncover facts and sequence of events.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity throughout the process.
• Support annual audit planning and risk assessment.
