Binance is seeking an experienced Sanctions & CTF Investigator to join our Compliance team. This role focuses on detailed investigations of sanctions exposure and counter-terrorism financing activity across Binance’s global platform.

We value hands-on blockchain analytics experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to deliver audit-ready reports in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sanctions or financial crime investigations in crypto or finance.
• Hands-on blockchain analytics experience with leading tools.
• Strong knowledge of global sanctions frameworks and CTF rules.
• Able to produce clear, defensible written outputs for regulators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end sanctions and CTF investigations across platforms.
• Perform on-chain tracing to map fund flows and links to sanctioned entities.
• Prepare investigation reports and SAR/STR filings as required.
• Manage case workload within SLAs and document findings clearly.
