Job summary

Binance is seeking a research-focused professional to conduct in-depth analysis of crypto projects, assess risks, and synthesize insights using on-chain data and public sources. You will produce comprehensive reports and engage with project teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has crypto industry or VC research experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent written communication. A finance/economics/CS background is preferred; CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in crypto/blockchain companies or venture capital research.
• Ability to interpret blockchain data.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tokenomics and crypto market dynamics.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related areas are a plus; CFA is a plus.
