AdAction Interactive LLC is seeking a General Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead growth across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on building ad monetization partnerships with mobile publishers, apps, and fintech players, with a heavy emphasis on strategy, autonomy, and revenue generation in SEA markets.

The position is structured as an independent contractor/consulting engagement, with compensation tied to performance and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or strategic partnerships in ad tech or digital media.
• Proven track record across SEA markets and multi-market selling.
• Experience with monetization products and performance-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEA growth strategy and partnerships across Southeast Asia, leveraging Singapore as a regional base.
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships across mobile publishing, loyalty, fintech, rewarded advertising, and digital ecosystems.
• Own regional pipeline, revenue growth, forecasting, and overall commercial performance.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners and decision-makers across Southeast Asia.
• Represent AdGem at industry conferences and networking events to expand market presence.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to AdAction leadership on opportunities, competition, and regional trends.
• Partner with internal product, operations, and account management teams to ensure successful launches and long-term partner growth.
• Help shape the infrastructure, partnerships, and resources needed to scale AdGem's Southeast Asia business over time.
