Job summary

Cosmose, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth across Southeast Asia from Singapore.

You will own strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies, and ad tech partners, combining direct sales, programmatic partnerships, and market development to drive new revenue for KaiKai’s mobile lockscreen platform. You’ll collaborate with product, ad ops, and supply teams to shape innovative advertising solutions, leveraging a flat structure and stock options

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience
• Proven experience selling mobile media, high-impact formats, or OEM/lockscreen inventory
• Existing relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPs, or SSPs in Singapore/SEA
• Experience engaging executive leaders with a customer focus
• Proven revenue pipeline management with forward-looking predictability
• Independent, business-focused thinker with agency/tech partners
• Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: OpenRTB, PMPs, eCPM, supply-path dynamics
• Excellent English communication; regional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental and new business revenue with brands, agencies, and mobile channel partners across the region
• Own direct sales cycles end-to-end — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing lockscreen media deals
• Build and manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and ad tech partners to expand programmatic demand for KaiKai inventory
• Educate agencies and clients on KaiKai's ad formats and performance optimization for lockscreen
• Keep partners updated with new KaiKai ad offerings and solutions
• Identify and develop mobile channel partnerships for distribution and creative opportunities
• Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and trends across your partner portfolio
• Collaborate with product, ad ops, and supply teams to build a world-class ad solution
