Magnite Singapore PTE Ltd is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships in Singapore with a hybrid schedule combining remote work and in-office days (Tue–Thu in office, Mon & Fri remote). The role oversees strategic partnerships, from sourcing and negotiating to launching and scaling initiatives that drive partner growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience with partner management or business development in online advertising, data onboarding, or adtech.
• Experience identifying partners and structuring complex agreements with a proven track record in negotiation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for our most critical SEA partners.
• Own the full lifecycle from sourcing and negotiating complex agreements to launching and scaling them.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with 3rd party technology partners.
• Support internal teams to help and foster partner growth and revenue.
• Increase awareness of Magnite offerings in partner companies.
• Create training materials for partner launches and coordinate internal trainings.
• Create strategic executable strategy aligning across partner segments.
