Job summary

M.SAAS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive ERP Application Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP solutions.

You will work closely with customers to capture requirements and deliver system deployments that meet business goals. The role includes on-site and remote engagements, post-go-live support, and advising on process improvements across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM and service management.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in ERP systems implementation and support.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements from users, consultants or BRD/FRD.
• Participate in solution and product design sessions and documentations.
• Perform implementation on-site or remotely.
• Provide customer support on-site or remotely.
• Conduct end-user training on-site or remotely.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Advise customers on business process improvements.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP Application Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP solutions. The role involves working closely with customers to understand business requirements, deliver system implementations, provide post-go-live support and recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate is technically competent, consultative in approach and confident in engaging stakeholders across different business functions.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customer / Product Requirement directly from Customer Users, Consultants and/or Document (BRD /FRD).

• Participate and Contribute in Solution / Product Design Sessions and Documentations

• Perform Implementation (On-site and/or remotely)
• Perform Customer Support (On-site and/or remotely)
• Perform End User Training (On-site and/or remotely)
• Create and maintain a positive customer relationship
• Provide consultation to Customers / Key Users on business process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• A minimum of Two years’ experience in a reputed ERP systemsimplementation and support is expected.
• NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A solid understanding on one or many of following business areas is essential:
• Finance / Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Project & Service Management, Manufacturing, CRM & Support Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possess general knowledge on development and customization of software solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrates ability to build professional relationships.
