Job summary

RAM LIFTING TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ERP Applications Lead to drive the implementation of the company’s ERP system, focusing on Finance and Accounting modules.

After go-live, you will manage ongoing ERP operations, enhancements and support to align with evolving business needs. The role requires strong project management, hands-on ERP expertise in finance, and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee data integrity and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, CS, AIS or related discipline.
• ERP and Project Management certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' ERP application experience.
• At least 5 years leading ERP implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Finance and Accounting ERP modules.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or multi-entity organisations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Applications Lead to spearhead the implementation of the Company's ERP system, with primary responsibility for the Finance and Accounting modules. Following successful implementation, you will oversee the ongoing management, enhancement and support of the ERP application, ensuring it continues to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation: Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation from planning to post-go-live support.


• ERP Implementation: Identify and mitigate project risks; monitor milestones and maintain project governance and documentation.


• ERP Implementation: Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external vendors.


• ERP Implementation: Report project progress and key issues to Management.


• Business Process Improvement: Partner with Finance and business users to streamline processes through ERP capabilities.


• Business Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.


• Business Process Improvement: Drive automation and standardisation across finance operations.


• ERP Application Management: Serve as the application owner for Finance-related ERP modules.


• ERP Application Management: Oversee system performance, issue resolution, upgrades and enhancements.


• ERP Application Management: Manage integrations with payroll, banking, procurement, CRM, HR and other business systems.


• ERP Application Management: Ensure data integrity, security, user access controls and compliance with audit requirements.


• ERP Application Management: Coordinate system testing, data migration and release activities.


• ERP Application Management: Develop user documentation and conduct training to support user adoption.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems,Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems or related discipline.


• ERP and Project Management certifications are advantageous.


• Minimum 8 years' ERP application experience.


• At least 5 years leading ERP implementation projects.


• Strong hands-on experience supporting Finance and Accounting ERP modules.


• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or multi-entity organisations is an advantage.
