Qualifications

Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
Two years’ experience in ERP implementation and support expected.
Solid understanding of Finance / Accounting, SCM, PM/SM, Manufacturing, CRM & Support.

Responsibilities

Understand Customer / Product Requirement directly from Customer Users, Consultants and/or Document (BRD /FRD).
Participate and Contribute in Solution / Product Design Sessions and Documentations
Perform Implementation (On-site and/or remotely)
Perform Customer Support (On-site and/or remotely)
Perform End User Training (On-site and/or remotely)
Create and maintain a positive customer relationship
Provide consultation to Customers / Key Users on business process improvements.
