Job summary

PS Global Consulting is seeking a Functional Consultant to deliver NetSuite solutions for clients, spanning configuration, testing, training and go-live support. You will work across modules including Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Financials, HR & Payroll, CRM, Demand Planning and Manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, BRD facilitation, and end-to-end implementation exposure.

• Experience in at least 3 full ERP life cycles.

• Minimum 2 years as a NetSuite Consultant in a vendor environment.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or ERP Administrator certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support BRD sessions to understand client needs and proposed NetSuite solutions.
• Assist BRD finalization with hands-on NetSuite testing.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation aligned with client needs.
• Create Change Request documents with Technical Consultants.
• Set up, test, and configure NetSuite according to BRD.
• Lead internal solution demonstrations for Solution Consultants before CRP sessions.
• Refine custom solutions based on CRP feedback.
• Maintain and update the issue tracker and coordinate with the project team.
• Prepare training agendas and materials as per project plan.
• Coordinate with Solution Consultants on training responsibilities and delivery.
• Maintain issue tracker during training and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop UAT scenarios and accommodate client feedback until acceptance.
• Prepare data migration templates and conduct data mapping for migration.
• Educate clients on templates and data filling requirements.
• Execute pre-go-live activities including final data migration and client training.
• Oversee go-live and post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Stay updated with NetSuite advancements and best practices.
