Job summary

HUDHUD is hiring a Technical Writer to translate customer work, product developments, and research into clear, technically grounded content for AI engineers, researchers, and technical leaders. You will interview customers and partners, learn HUD’s platform, and craft stories in HUD’s voice to explain what the platform enables and why it matters.

You’ll produce case studies, technical articles, product explainers, launch materials, and social posts, collaborating with experts and the GTM team to

Qualifications

• Portfolio of technical writing showing depth and clear explanations, with at least one piece linked.
• Ability to talk shop with AI engineers, researchers, and technical customers.
• Strong research and interviewing skills to turn conversations into stories.
• Good editorial judgment on what matters to readers and when diagrams help.
• Ability to move from brief to polished draft and handle multiple pieces.
• Genuine excitement about frontier models and HUD’s story.

Responsibilities

• Write technically accurate content across formats: customer and partner case studies, technical articles, product explainers, launch materials, and posts for X and LinkedIn.
• Uncover what customers built by turning interviews, demos, and results into evidence-based stories.
• Learn HUD’s platform to explain product, research, and customer workflows.
• Collaborate with GTM to publish and improve content based on reader feedback.
