Job summary

HUD is seeking a Product Manager to own the data marketplace product, helping vendors create high‑quality RL environments and training data using HUD’s tools. You’ll collaborate with engineering, research, and GTM to convert technical needs into product decisions.

You will manage onboarding, discovery, and access flows, balancing user needs with business impact and engineering constraints while tracking marketplace health and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a live software product from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear priorities for engineering and design.
• Strong communication with engineers, researchers and GTM teams to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Improve vendor onboarding, submission, quality feedback, and offerings on HUD.
• Help research teams discover and access environments and training data sourced on HUD.
• Turn complex requirements into reliable platform workflows with cross‑functional teams.
• Define and track marketplace health metrics and user experience to guide what to build next.
