Job summary

HUD is seeking a Customer Operations Lead to own the customer-facing work that AI cannot automate. You will manage activation and engagement systems as the implementation counterpart to GTM Engineers.

The role focuses on human-in-the-loop operations across data suppliers and enterprise buyers, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support. You will handle contract and platform blockers, drive process improvements, and design lightweight workflows to reduce repeated issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the human-in-the-loop layer of HUD’s operations across customers (vendors and labs/enterprises)
• Join customer conversations when a human touch is needed to build trust or move things forward
• Resolve contract, onboarding, and platform blockers with the right internal owners
• Turn recurring customer issues and feedback into better processes, platform, and communications
• Build lightweight systems that streamline workflows for future issues
