Job summary

HUD is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own complex data and evaluation programs for frontier AI labs, data vendors, and internal teams. You will turn ambiguous technical asks into executable programs, coordinate the people and dependencies, and ensure the data is useful for evaluating LLMs and agents.

You’ll also manage vendors and build processes, tooling, and operating rhythms that enable HUD to scale reliably. Remote-friendly with SF or SG hours overlap.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex AI/ML programs across data operations
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into executable plans
• Proven track record delivering data-driven programs at scale
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own data and evaluation programs end-to-end from scoping to retrospective
• Translate ambiguous requests into milestones, owners, dependencies
• Maintain data quality procedures using quantitative signals and qualitative inspection
• Manage external vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Streamline data production workflows and cross-functional handoffs
• Collaborate with research, platform, marketplace teams to drive product improvements
