Job summary

Lawyers On Demand (LOD) is seeking a financial markets lawyer with 4-7 years PQE for our Singapore team. You will advise on derivatives, securities financing, structured products, and global markets documentation, while partnering with trading, structuring, treasury, risk and compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience negotiating and documenting ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRA and GMSLA, and will work with both on-site and remote teams to support a leading

Qualifications

• 4–7 years PQE at top law firms or global financial institutions.
• Extensive experience advising on derivatives and global markets products.
• Proficient negotiating and documenting ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRA, and GMSLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on derivatives and capital markets matters to front office and risk teams.
• Lead negotiation and documentation of trading agreements with counterparties across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, treasury, risk, and compliance stakeholders on regulatory changes.
