Lawyers On Demand (LOD) Singapore seeks a senior energy and commodities lawyer with 7-10 years PQE to join our multinational client support model. You will advise on LNG projects, commercial agreements, and cross-border transactions across the energy value chain.

Ideal candidates have top-tier private practice or in-house experience, with the ability to deliver practical, risk-based legal advice to commercial teams while working flexibly on-site or remotely.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years PQE gained at a leading law firm and/or major energy/commodities organisation
• Qualified to practise law in a common law jurisdiction
• Strong experience advising on LNG, energy, commodities or infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience negotiating LNG SPAs, gas supply agreements, and commodity trading arrangements
• Experience supporting cross-border corporate transactions and strategic partnerships

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to commercial, trading, origination, and operations teams across cross-border energy projects
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on LNG SPAs, gas supply, transportation and terminal use agreements, and related contracts
• Support corporate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestments across the energy value chain
