OCBC Group Markets Legal Advisory is seeking a qualified lawyer to join as Legal Counsel in Singapore. You will provide strategic legal support to the derivatives and markets businesses, drafting and negotiating master agreements and related collateral documents.

We value strong stakeholder management, independent working style, and the ability to collaborate across global teams. Relevant regulatory knowledge and experience in a busy financial services environment are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with 6–10 PQE in derivatives or financial services.
• Experience with ISDA, CSA, GMRA and related master/ trading agreements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal support to markets and derivatives business in OCBC head office and global branches.
• Draft and negotiate Master Agreements and related collateral agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, TMA, MCA).
• Coordinate queries on master agreements with stakeholders to resolve legal/credit/operational/tax issues.
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards and update templates and procedures.
• Work on regulatory or bank-initiated projects as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, structuring and trading teams to review derivatives term sheets and trade confirmations.
• Support bank projects handled by Group Strategy and Governance.
