Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced business intelligence manager to help train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven narratives for executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) at a rate of $80/hour. Start ASAP and work with a globally distributed team on high-impact analytics projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reporting pipelines to support executive KPIs and monthly performance decks.
• Enable self-serve analytics and data quality checks for stakeholders.
