Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Represent client brands with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
