Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong compliance background to support our compliance initiatives. This role coordinates timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure remediation commitments are delivered on time.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Science and other stakeholders across time zones to drive progress, governance, and reporting, aligning with regulatory expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor or project coordination.
• Background or strong interest in Compliance systems preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
• Help draft reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
