Job summary

Binance in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to design and deliver compliant fintech platforms in a fast-paced global team. You will translate business requirements into PRDs, coordinate with engineers, designers, and compliance, and drive features end-to-end with an emphasis on user experience and regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in product management, strong AML/Transaction Monitoring experience, agile lifecycle expertise, and exceptional communication

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech/fintech/blockchain.
• Experience with AML and transaction monitoring is a plus.
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management within Agile frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a platform providing compliant tools and best user experience.
• Create PRDs to meet deadlines and project scope.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Refine workflows for intuitive operation and efficiency.
• Support regional/global heads and coordinate feature implementation.
• Articulate new features to users and stakeholders.
