Job summary

Binance is a global blockchain company seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead compliant, user-centric products in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Customer Service to define PRDs, prioritize features, and ship scalable solutions.

You will track metrics, refine workflows, and articulate new features to diverse stakeholders within a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong background in Compliance processes (AML, Transaction Monitoring).
• Ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to design compliant, user-friendly platforms.
• Create PRDs to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance and Customer Service to prioritize value.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Refine workflows for intuitive operation and efficiency.
• Support regional/global heads and coordinate product implementation.
• Articulate new features to users and stakeholders.
