Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech/fintech/blockchain.
• Strong background in AML and transaction monitoring is a plus.
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience with agile product lifecycle management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams.
• Self-starter in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a platform providing compliance tools and services.
• Create PRDs to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance and Customer Service to prioritize value.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Refine workflows for intuitive operation and efficiency.
• Support regional/global heads and coordinate product implementation.
• Explain new features to users and internal stakeholders.
