Job summary

MSD INTERNATIONAL GMBH (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a Regional Franchise Director to own the APAC vaccines and infectious diseases portfolio, shaping strategy, brand plans, and lifecycle across markets.

As a regional commercial leader, you will coordinate global, regional, and local teams, drive launches, performance, and cross-functional execution while partnering with MDs and BU Heads to deliver growth. Asia Pacific experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands on Vaccines and Infectious Diseases franchise leadership experience in regional or matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution.
• Strong marketing excellence and structured marketing capabilities.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication capability.
• Curiosity and ability to apply AI in analysis, communication and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the regional strategy for the assigned franchise/brand/asset, aligned to global direction and adapted for AP realities.
• Act as the primary connector between global, regional, and local teams for the franchise/asset.
• Mobilise and align cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, access, medical, finance, policy, etc.).
• Drive launch preparation, brand activation, and lifecycle management with executional excellence.
• Partner with MDs, BU Heads, and regional leaders to drive brand and business performance.
• Guide, coach, and build marketing capability across strategic planning, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.
