STERRY Limited is seeking an experienced Amazon Lead to own and scale Amazon accounts—from setup and optimization to performance-driven growth. You’ll drive listings, campaigns, and operational best practices for long-term success.

This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, and a track record of launching stores from scratch while collaborating with creatives and strategists to maximize conversion and revenue across international marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on Amazon store experience.
• Experience launching and scaling an Amazon store from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns with data-driven decisions.
• Analytical mindset with data dashboards and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple products or accounts and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts from the ground up.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for visibility and conversion.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category insights.
• Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and ad KPIs with actionable reports.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage inventory health, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Stay up to date with Amazon policies and best practices.
