Job summary

JAC Recruitment client, a leading IT consulting company in Japan, seeks a Business Analyst to oversee Remittance operations and drive transformation of related processes in Singapore. You will collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, business users across branches, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are delivered.

The role focuses on analyzing current Remittance workflows, designing To-Be processes to improve efficiency, and partnering with automation teams to enhance controls

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Remittance operations experience in the banking industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational workflow improvement, business transformation, or related banking projects.
• Strong knowledge of Remittance processes, regulatory requirements, and controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Analyze and document current-state Remittance workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state processes to enhance efficiency and leverage automation where appropriate.
• Work with automation and technology teams to support solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate communication among business, IT, vendors, and headquarters teams on project queries and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams.
