Job summary

GRAND MERCURE ROXY HOTEL in Singapore is seeking a hands-on culinary professional to support the Executive Chinese Chef. You will ensure recipes are followed and help manage daily food preparation with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness and NEA compliance, contribute to minimizing wastage, and take on additional duties as assigned to keep operations smooth and responsive to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated and good team player.
• Able to work independently.
