Job summary

You will work with quality, yield, engineering, and operations teams to identify weaknesses and drive improvements in semiconductor filter reliability. With a engineering degree and 1–2 years of reliability testing experience, you will apply 8D, 5 Why, and QC tools, manage sampling plans, and ensure compliance with GMP/ISO standards while

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or related field.
Prefer 1–2 years of reliability testing experience.
Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, QC tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret test data to identify product weaknesses.
Review failure analysis and perform root cause investigations.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in improvement activities and SPC procedures.
Plan, develop and execute reliability testing for semiconductor filters.
Ensure compliance with QA standards and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement improvements.
Develop and maintain test sampling plans.
Provide recommendations for design changes and process improvements.
