Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret test data to identify product weaknesses.

• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in improvement activities and SPC procedures.
• Plan, develop and execute reliability testing for semiconductor filters.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain test sampling plans.
• Provide recommendations for design changes and process improvements.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential product weaknesses and failure modes.
• Review failure analysis and perform root cause investigation as necessary.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in improvement activities. (e.g. quality, yield, engineering, operation, IATF, etc.)Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed
• Plan, develop and execute ongoing reliability testing procedures for semiconductor filters, including stress testing and accelerated life testing.
• Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to implement improvements based on test results.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test sampling plans.
• Provide recommendations for design changes and process improvements to enhance product reliability.
• Assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations.
• Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.

Required Experience and Skills

• Able to perform shift work (permanent night)Degree in engineering. Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in reliability testing.
• Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why analysis, QC tools and good MS office skills.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Take positive actions with self-discipline.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage dynamic priorities
