Job summary

Skyworks Global Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Quality Engineer 1 to analyze test data, identify weaknesses and root causes, and prepare detailed reports for cross-functional teams.

You will work with design, development, and operations to implement improvements, develop reliability testing procedures, and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

• Review failure analysis and perform root cause investigation as necessary.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and management.

• Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential product weaknesses and failure modes.
• Review failure analysis and perform root cause investigation as necessary.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in improvement activities. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed
• Plan, develop and execute ongoing reliability testing procedures for semiconductor filters, including stress testing and accelerated life testing.
• Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to implement improvements based on test results.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test sampling plans.
• Provide recommendations for design changes and process improvements to enhance product reliability.
• Assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations.
• Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
