Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Singapore seeks a technically capable technician to support HTOL sample preparation and reliability testing in a cleanroom environment.

You will solder DUTs to PCBs, load/unload into HTOL chambers, and ensure correct test conditions for frequency and power settings. You will perform pre/post test electrical measurements, participate in failure analysis, and consolidate data for engineers to drive next steps in product qualification and reliability evaluations.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing with process knowledge.
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and on permanent day shift.

Responsibilities

• Soldering of DUTs onto PCBs with matching components for HTOL samples preparation.
• Loading/unloading of HTOL EVBs into HTOL chambers and set correct frequency/power per test condition.
• Electrical measurement pre and post for reliability tests (HAST, HTS, TC).
• First level analysis for failures post-stress tests including high power/IR inspection.
• Consolidate and prepare pre/post test data and failure inspection results for engineers.
