Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Qualification and Reliability Engineer to develop qualification plans, execute ALT and reliability tests, and collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality.

The role requires a U Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in high-tech manufacturing, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in DOE, Cpk, and Minitab. On-site role in Serangoon, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong experience in qualification testing, reliability validation, test instrumentation, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of DOE, Cpk, regression, t-test, and reliability analysis.
• Proficient in Minitab and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute qualification and validation test plans for new semiconductor equipment and product designs.
• Design and conduct Accelerated Life Testing (ALT), stress testing, and reliability tests for critical components.
• Perform statistical and reliability analysis using methods such as DOE, Cpk, regression, and t-test, and provide technical reports.
• Evaluate component and system-level quality and work with suppliers and engineering teams to drive quality improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for test failures and product quality issues.
• Track testing defects and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
