Reliability QA Engineer — Semiconductors Lab

Job summary

Silicon Box in Singapore seeks a QA Engineer (Reliability) to support reliability activities in the QRA lab for semiconductor and electronics projects. You will coordinate tests, ensure tool readiness, and maintain lab quality and safety.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of reliability testing experience, with knowledge of JEDEC standards and failure analysis. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Material/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Reliability Test experience in semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of JEDEC Reliability Test Requirements and Procedures (MSL, HTS, TC, HAST/uHAST, PCT).
• Familiarity with package- and board-level reliability failures and FA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support Reliability tests for internal/external stakeholders.
• Calibrate and maintain Reliability tools and lab environment to minimize downtime.
• Develop test recipes and work with vendors for jig/carrier designs if required.
• Conduct staff training on Reliability tools and procedures.
