Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with 1–2 years in reliability testing.
• Willing to work 2 weeks alternating day and night shifts.
• Familiar with 8D, 5 Why, QC tools, and basic statistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret test data to identify product weaknesses and failure modes.
• Review failure analyses and perform root cause investigations.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Plan, develop and execute ongoing reliability testing procedures for semiconductor filters.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, ISO standards, and company QA procedures.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test sampling plans.
• Provide recommendations for design changes and process improvements to enhance reliability.
• Maintain documentation of inspection support and records.
