Job summary

Skyworks Global Pte Ltd in Bedok, Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer to contribute to the final inspection and RF/DC testing of wafers. You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on reliability and process quality.

The role involves maintaining FI performance, developing SOPs and WI, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost and yield loss. The right candidate will support operations and onsite troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafer.
• Maintain FI performance and improve process quality, yield, and reliability.
• Create or maintain SOP, WI and OCAP.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and yield loss.
• Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions.
• Analyse low yield or testing issues and feedback to relevant process.
• Provide support to improve operations team and technician skillset.
• Provide support to operations team and technician during non-office hours to resolve testing related issue.

Responsibilities

• Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafer.
• Maintain FI performance and improve process quality, yield, and reliability.
• Create or maintain SOP, Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
• Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and yield loss.
• Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions.
• Analyse low yield or testing issues and feedback to relevant process.
• Provide support to operations team and technician skillset.
