Job summary

StriveX, on behalf of a leading international bank, seeks an accomplished Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in Singapore. You will manage and deepen relationships with large Singapore-based corporate clients, and play a pivotal role in delivering a broad range of banking solutions.

The role emphasizes structuring lending facilities, credit proposals, and driving trade finance, cash management, and treasury/FX products, while maintaining high portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate/wholesale banking relationship management in Singapore.
• Proven track record with large local corporate clients in Singapore.
• Strong credit analysis and ability to prepare credit proposals.
• Proven ability to originate and grow new corporate relationships.
• 8–12+ years of relevant corporate banking experience.

We are currently assisting an International bank in Singapore with the search for a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate banker with a strong track record in managing Large Local Corporate clients - managing the existing clients, developing the business and providing a broad range of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with large Singapore-based corporate clients
• Structure and execute corporate lending facilities and credit solutions
• Drive trade finance and other corporate banking products
• Identify opportunities across cash management, treasury/FX and other banking solutions
• Prepare and present credit proposals while maintaining strong portfolio quality
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Work closely with internal product, credit and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate / wholesale banking relationship management
• Proven track record managing large local corporate clients in Singapore
• Solid experience in corporate lending and trade finance
• Strong credit analysis and credit proposal capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow new corporate relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
• Ideally 8–12+ years of relevant corporate banking experience
