BeathChapman Pte Ltd, acting for a leading international bank, seeks a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of SME commercial banking clients in Singapore. You will acquire, grow and retain profitable clients, structuring credit facilities to meet needs while cross-selling Trade Finance, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth solutions.

Prepare credit proposals, collaborate with Credit on lending quality, and maintain AML/KYC discipline.

Qualifications

5+ years in Commercial Banking with new client acquisition and portfolio growth.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong credit assessment and financial analysis across Trade, Cash Management, FX and Wealth.
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while balancing growth with risk discipline.
Solid grasp of AML/KYC/regulatory requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management across Credit, Risk, Compliance and Product.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and industry trends.
