Private Advertiser is seeking motivated individuals to join as Relationship Manager in Singapore. You will build and manage long-term relationships, understand client financial goals, and provide tailored protection, wealth, retirement, and legacy planning solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and be proactive.
Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, banking, recruitment, or client-facing roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals, priorities, and concerns.
Identify gaps and opportunities based on clients' individual circumstances.
Develop and present suitable financial planning solutions.
Follow up with clients and provide ongoing relationship management.
Conduct periodic client reviews and maintain accurate client records.
Develop your own client network through referrals, networking, events, and other channels.
Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development programmes.
Work towards individual performance and business development targets.
