Job summary

One's Advisors in Singapore seeks motivated Financial Advisors to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals through personalized planning and ongoing advisory support.

You will conduct comprehensive needs analyses, develop tailored plans across wealth accumulation, protection, retirement and legacy planning, build long-term client relationships, and drive new business through networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Prior experience in financial advisory or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for helping clients achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering wealth, protection, retirement, education and legacy planning.
• Recommend suitable financial products and solutions including insurance and investments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Review clients' portfolios regularly and provide ongoing advisory services.
