Job summary

SPD Ability Centre in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrator to lead the RC HQ and TTE programmes. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and shape service delivery, governance, and performance reporting.

You will develop policies, ensure programme sustainability through funding and renewals, and build strong networks with government agencies and community partners to support seniors and people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in health science preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing programmes for seniors and people with disabilities.
• Excellent management and leadership skills with ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; adaptable to changing sector dynamics.
• Strong understanding of sector dynamics and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, operations and management of HQ and programmes.
• Recommend policies for efficient operation and implement them.
• Assist in strategic and programme planning.
• Ensure programme sustainability and funding renewals.
• Develop strong networks with SSAs, MOH, MSF, NCSS, SG Enable and other funders.
• Coordinate audits, monitor KPIs, and report progress.
• Prepare annual budget for centres.
