Job summary

Rainbow Centre in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, AES to provide leadership, management and strategic oversight for an AES service area, ensuring person-centred, outcomes-focused delivery aligned with priorities, funding and regulatory obligations.

The role translates organisational strategies into operational priorities and leads planning, workforce management, quality governance and service development with multidisciplinary teams, guiding change and program integration.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related discipline
• A relevant postgraduate qualification in management, leadership or a related field (including Diploma in Special Education) would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Service Strategy and Development: translate strategies into operational plans and outcomes
• Programme Operations and Performance: oversee day-to-day operations and resource deployment
• Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships: build relationships with families, community orgs and government agencies
• People Leadership and Capability: provide direction and develop staff, conduct performance reviews
• Quality Assurance, Evaluation and Risk Management: monitor outcomes, identify risks and ensure compliance
• Service Outcomes: establish and monitor outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness and impact
• Policy Governance & Audit: develop policies and oversee audits and compliance
