Job summary

• Lead the product team and oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform product strategies and positioning.

[About the Role]

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the agency’s regulatory mission and digital transformation goals. This involves creating multi-year roadmaps that anticipate regulatory changes, industry needs, and technological advancements whilst ensuring the eService remains at the forefront of digital health regulation. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensure market fit, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

[What you will be working on]

• Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency’s overall goals. Lead the product team to achieve this vision.
• Lead the product managers in the agency
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Ensure that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.
• Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product evolution.

[What we are looking for]

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
