You will coordinate with stakeholders, prepare communications, and assist IT and regulatory teams in handling inquiries and data requests. Applicants should hold a degree in any discipline and have 1–2 years of relevant experience. The role is based at Newton and includes standard working hours with a structured outsourcing team.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organise stakeholder engagement sessions and gather feedback on regulatory or policy changes.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate submission of test results and required information.
• Prepare briefing materials, circulars and email communications for stakeholder outreach.
• Coordinate with IT team to troubleshoot system-related issues raised by stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing and processing requests for deviations from regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Respond to public and stakeholder enquiries on regulatory and licensing matters.
• Maintain and update records, trackers, databases, and support data collation and analysis.
