This role requires a degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience; prior contract management experience is a plus. Working hours follow Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, location Newton, Singapore.

Aufgaben

• Support contract lifecycle management, including variations, renewals and enforcement processes.
• Assist in planning and procuring replacement contracts to ensure continuity of operations.
• Monitor contract deliverables, timelines and governance requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain contract records, submissions and management reports.
• Coordinate cross-departmental engagements and follow up on action items.
• Arrange meetings and stakeholder engagements, including documenting meeting outcomes.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support audit preparation and coordination activities.
• Provide administrative support for operational, procurement and corporate initiatives.
